Are your callers really US based?

Absolutely. All of our callers are in the Americas, and I want to be clear about what that means. We have some callers that are actually from Canada, and we have some callers that are in Mexico, but they are all originally from the United States. Most of them have a US-based type of accent. We've got some folks that used to reside in Texas, some that resided in California, a couple from Illinois, some from New York. We're all over the map with where our folks are from. Most of them work from home, but they are originally from the US, so they have a US accent. They may have more of a southern accent or more of a northern accent. Of course, everyone kind of has a little bit of an accent, but they are all from the United States originally. They've lived here, and they've got many years of experience calling your leads.
