Appointments Today was founded in March 2015 by Matt Milia, a Realtor, top inside sales coach, trainer, and software creator. Matt built the company on a simple belief: agents win by answering fast and following up relentlessly, and most agents simply do not have the hours to do either. So he built a calling company that does both for them.
The model is different by design. Where other companies rent you a body and a script, Appointments Today customizes, trains, and pairs humans with AI for a real estate-specific approach. Every caller is a U.S. ex-pat who previously lived in the United States, trained on your scripts, your CRM, and your market.
